Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handmade phone straps! Here’s our return and exchange policy:

• Returns: Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in its original condition.

• Exchanges: Available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process.

• Damaged/Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance. Provide photos of damaged items for verification.
