  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in HKD. For international customers, the final price will be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.

  • Shipping Methods: We use airmail service with tracking provided by Hong Kong Post.

    • Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 business days
    • Most Asia Countries: 8–10 business days
    • Other Countries: 10–15 business days
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in its original condition.
  • Exchanges: Available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process.
  • Damaged/Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance. Provide photos of damaged items for verification.
